How the indoor bark control device works
PetSafe rates the detection range up to 8 m. Position the device facing the area where the dog is usually heard. A single placement is intended for the area it faces, so check the room layout and whether furniture or other objects sit between the device and the dog.
Placement and battery replacement
The operating guide specifies two 3 V CR2032 lithium batteries per device. The manual shows how the slide-out tray, on/off switch and status light work. The unit can sit on a flat surface or be mounted using the points shown in the guide. Use the PetSafe PBC19-14778 operating guide for fitting the batteries, testing and choosing a position.
